How do I get my products, guides, or routines?
All digital products, guides, and routines are delivered through email, not shipped.
After checkout or signup:
Your materials are sent to the email you used. Some items may also be accessible immediately on the page that loads after signup.
If you don’t see your email, check spam or promotions first. That’s the most common issue. If you stlll can not find your guides, please email hello@thecurldiaries.blog.
Why do you need my email?
Your email is required so I can: Send your quiz results. Deliver guides, routines, and downloads. Send updates or corrections if needed
Your email is never sold or shared. You can unsubscribe at any time.
No email = no way to deliver your results or products.
Where can I find my quiz results?
Your quiz results appear in two places:
On the results page that loads after you finish the quiz and submit your email.
In your email inbox.
If you close the page before reading it, your results are still sent to your email.
If you don’t see them, check spam or search your inbox for BigHeadJustice.
What are your qualifications to give hair care advice?
I am a certified hair practitioner and a trichology student currently completing formal certification.
I specialize in

I do not diagnose medical conditions, but my guidance is rooted in trichology principles and evidence-based hair care, not trends.
